Cross-venue funding arbitrage signal: fetches real-time 8h-equivalent funding rates from Binance/OKX/Bybit/KuCoin/Bitget/Hyperliquid and computes the gross and net-of-fees spread between the best short venue (highest rate) and best long venue (lowest rate). Returns gross_spread_bps, net_spread_bps (after 20 bps round-trip fee estimate), annualized_pct, actionability label, and per-venue rates. Outcome recorded to Supabase funding_arb_signals (fire-and-forget). All 16 assets. $0.02 USDC via x402.
